Cis, female identified trauma-informed therapist that is passionate about quality mental health for all. Using therapeutic art narrative interventions to help guide clients safely on their own journey to self-awareness, self-acceptance, and increase quality of life. My first love is music and I graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor’s in music performance. During this time I taught music to children in historically underserved areas and witnessed the power of the creative arts to heal. I received my Masters’ in Marriage & Family therapy from John F. Kennedy University in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. I have worked in community mental health in the Bay Area for over 10 years supporting individual’s and their families with depression, anxiety, blended families, self-harm, suicidality, and more using a collaborative trauma-informed approach. I invite you to ask questions whether we are just starting together or have been working together for a while.
Let’s start with a chat and see if we are a good fit together.
